Each week you will receive an e-mail which includes the link to that week's lesson. Clicking on the link will take you to the page on the Awaken Your Warrior website that contains that week's lesson and the handouts for that lesson. For ease of use and to ensure that you don't lose the link, it is best to copy the .pdf file to your computer. That way you can read the lesson at your leisure, print it out if you want to and return to the lesson easily if you don't complete it in one sitting.
